Whether you own a piece of land that’s 10 acres or 1,010 acres, our experts will help you evaluate its physical and environmental characteristics for purposes of long-term planning and management.

Conservation easements are a way to ensure long-term protection of your land and may complement a plan that includes identifying individual sites for future development on your property. We will work with you to assemble a planning team that will have your long-term interests in mind. A part of this team would include a local land trust that we will work with to further refine a conservation easement land plan. The mapping and data we gather can also be used in developing baseline documentation for easement monitoring once an easement is placed.
